Romans 12:1

Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God - this is your spiritual act of worship.

Welcome

Welcome parents!

I am excited about the new school year and what God has in store for the Pre K and Kindergarten kids at Trinity Bible Church on Wednesday nights.  God has laid on my heart to teach the children more about how they can serve even at their young ages.  This year, we will be learning about serving others through community service projects, learning about missionaries, and hearing about godly heros from the Bible and in stories.  I am putting together this blog to help you in assisting their learning, continuing the lessons they have learned at home and to help you become active participants in God's kingdom together as a family. I will also be posting our memories verses here, where they can still earn prizes for each verse they memorize.  I will also post a few extra opportunities for them to earn prizes from home.

Our service projects will require the help and patience of you, but the long term benefits and lasting effect it will leave on the hearts of your children will far out way the temporary headaches and supervision in helping them serve.  I am looking into having a day where the children can help serve and help as they can at Center of Hope.  I am also in hopes that they will be able to help serve the church one Sunday through greeting, handing out bulletins and other simple tasks that will help them feel like they are a part of church.

My hope and prayer is that your children will learn that they are a part of God's kingdom even though they are very young.  That they can make a difference at any age.   That they can come to church and be a part of it, and not just sitting and listening.  We will begin to put into practice what they are learning at church.

Thank you for allowing me to teach and serve your children.
Pam Powell.
